Ward Keller, founder and twenty-year CEO of Remuda Ranch has returned to open a new, privately held, independent program for women with eating disorders on a beautiful campus in Chandler, Arizona. The property consists of seven charming homes, 40 beds total, located in its own private, gated cul-de-sac community.

A team of experienced leaders in the eating disorder industry have come together to create a restorative model of treatment that will combine scientifically-valid, outcomes-based therapies present within a fully integrated Christian perspective. The KellerLife team will provide a truly authentic, faith-based experience that will help patients find hope, begin healing and embrace the life God intended.

The Primary Therapist role provides individual group, and family therapy for patients utilizing a biblically-based, scientifically-valid treatment approach for women struggling with eating disorders. The Primary Therapist is responsible for a group of 5 to 10 patients with a therapeutic intervention and case management role. Provides initial assessment and assists the treatment team in the development of the Treatment Plan with weekly involvement and leadership of the treatment team. Conducts two individual sessions per week in coordination with Program Therapist. Effectively documents in a timely manner all documentation required in electronic medical record. Experience with eating disorders and leading groups based on DBT and/or ACT preferred. Training in trauma informed and mind-body interventions a plus. Participates in on call rotation coverages. Primarily weekday schedule. Relocation packages available, eligibility for licensure by endorsement in AZBBHE US (Statute 32-3274). The Primary Therapist must possess a valid license.

Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $72,000 to $80,000 annually DOE
