Marketing - Regional Outreach Representative
Established in 2001, EDCare is one of the nation's foremost centers for the diagnosis and treatment of the full range of eating disorders. EDCare is committed to empowering individuals 18 years of age and older suffering with anorexia, bulimia, binge eating and related disorders to help them achieve and sustain recovery.
The Regional Outreach Representative will support the efforts of the marketing department in promoting company programs and in developing a network of referring providers within defined geographic areas. In this role the representative is responsible for planning and coordinating various community events; identifying and implementing marketing tactics and strategies to achieve organizational objectives; developing and maintaining excellent relationships with a variety of stakeholders.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Represents the organization and its programs to inform and educate therapists, physicians and the community about the services and programs to encourage referrals.
Assesses the needs of potential referral sources and identifies new or existing services that can be offered to meet those needs.
Collaborates with internal stakeholders to develop educational opportunities for clients and prospects.
Provides training and support to referring entities to include in-services, conference presentations, and individual consultations.
Develops and maintains an accurate database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, face to face meetings, direct mail, email, and networking.
Maximizes all opportunities in the process of exploring new and untapped referral sources.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Public Relations.
Clinical license preferred
Proven ability to achieve sales or occupancy targets.
Strong interpersonal skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self-directed with demonstrated ability to work independently and remotely using good judgment and analytical thinking while being able to work as part of a dynamic team.
Availability to work nights, weekends and the ability to travel with overnight stays. (1 to 2 weeks per month).
